Feedback & Suggestions
Got an idea that would make B-Anon better? We're all ears. We read every single message — though we might not be able to reply to each one individually.
Because B-Anon is built to be truly anonymous and encrypted, there are some things we genuinely can't do — not because we won't, but because we literally can't.
Read or retrieve your messages. Everything is end-to-end encrypted. We don't have the keys, so we physically can't see what you wrote — ever.
Recover accounts without Google linking. Since we don't collect personal info, there's no way for us to verify who you are. If you didn't link Google before losing your phone, the account is gone.
Delete your account over email. We can't verify you own an account just from an email. You'll need to delete it from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account).
Tell you who someone is. Everyone's anonymity is protected equally — yours included. We won't reveal anyone's identity, period.
Handle refunds. Payments go through Google Play or the App Store, not us. You'll need to contact them directly for any billing disputes.
Response Times
We try to get back to everyone within 24–48 hours on business days. Safety and abuse reports always jump to the front of the queue. We're a small team doing our best — thanks for being patient with us.
