Service Overview

B-Anon is an anonymous one-to-one communication platform operated by RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in India. The service enables users to communicate privately without revealing their real-world identity. No name, phone number, or email address is required to use B-Anon by default.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific requirements.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use B-Anon. Use of the service by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

By using B-Anon, you also represent that you are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and that you are not barred from receiving services under any applicable laws.

Anonymity & Account Access

B-Anon is built on a privacy-first architecture. Your account is created automatically and linked securely to your device's unique Mobile ID — no registration, username, or password is required.

How Your Account Works

• No name, phone number, or email is collected or required.
• Your account is tied to your physical device by default.
• Your anonymous identity is preserved throughout all interactions.
• You may optionally link a Google account solely to enable cross-device account recovery.

Optional Google Account Linking

Google account linking is entirely optional and not required to use B-Anon. It exists only as a recovery mechanism if you change or lose your device.

• Google linking does not change your anonymous identity within the app.
• If you link a Google account, basic profile information (name, email) is stored solely to identify the recovery link — it is never displayed to other users.
• If you do not link a Google account and lose access to your device, your account cannot be recovered. B-Anon is not responsible for any loss of access, chats, or contacts in such circumstances.

Messages & Media

All communications on B-Anon are end-to-end encrypted. We are technically unable to read the content of your messages.

• Text messages, images, audio, and video are end-to-end encrypted in transit.
• Media files are stored temporarily on our servers only to facilitate delivery.
• All content is automatically and permanently deleted immediately after successful delivery.
• Undelivered messages are queued temporarily and deleted after a set retention window.

You retain ownership of any content you create and send. By using B-Anon, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and transmit your content solely to the extent necessary to operate and provide the service (e.g., queuing messages for delivery). This licence expires automatically upon delivery or deletion.

User Conduct

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use B-Anon only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rights and dignity of other users.

B-Anon permits adult text-only conversations between consenting users aged 18 and above, within the bounds of applicable law and these Terms. You acknowledge that because communications are end-to-end encrypted, you bear full personal responsibility for the nature of conversations you initiate or participate in.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium features of B-Anon require a paid subscription. Pricing and feature details are clearly displayed before any purchase is initiated.

• Payments are processed exclusively through platform providers (Google Play / Apple App Store). B-Anon does not directly handle or store payment card information.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your respective platform's account settings.
• Subscription benefits, pricing, and included features may change over time. We will notify you of material changes.
• No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law or the respective platform's refund policy.
• Loss of device access, account deletion, or inability to access B-Anon does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees.

Enforcement & Termination

B-Anon reserves the right to investigate reported violations and to take any action we deem appropriate, including but not limited to:

• Issuing a warning
• Temporarily restricting or suspending access to the service
• Permanently banning your device from accessing B-Anon
• Removing or restricting specific content or features
• Reporting conduct to appropriate law enforcement authorities

We may take such action without prior notice and are not obligated to provide an explanation for any enforcement decision. The exercise of our enforcement rights in one instance does not waive our right to take action in future instances.

You may stop using B-Anon at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, you must do so from within the app (Settings → Delete Account). See our Data Deletion page for details.

No Monitoring Guarantee

Due to the end-to-end encrypted nature of communications on B-Anon:

• We are technically unable to access, read, or monitor the content of your private messages.
• We cannot actively moderate or pre-screen private conversations.
• Content moderation is primarily reactive — based on user reports.

You use the service at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for all interactions. B-Anon is not liable for the conduct of other users or for any content exchanged between users.

Third-Party Services

B-Anon relies on third-party infrastructure and services to operate, including but not limited to:

• Google Play Services — for push notifications and app distribution on Android
• Apple App Store / APNs — for app distribution and push notifications on iOS
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for server hosting and data storage

B-Anon is not responsible for outages, data breaches, service failures, or changes in policy of any third-party provider. Your use of third-party services integrated with B-Anon is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The B-Anon application, including its design, code, graphics, brand, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned exclusively by RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the B-Anon application for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of B-Anon without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, B-Anon is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

No system of electronic data transmission or storage is entirely secure. While we implement end-to-end encryption and security best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit or at rest.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of B-Anon, including:

• Loss of messages, data, or content
• Loss of account access due to device loss or damage
• Harm resulting from user-generated content or interactions with other users
• Misuse of the service by you or any third party
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
• Unauthorised access to your account or communications

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Your use of B-Anon is entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RR AI Labs Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of B-Anon
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any content you transmit or store through the service

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using B-Anon, users outside India expressly agree that Indian law applies to their use of the service and that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you through the app.

Your continued use of B-Anon following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the service.
